പെരിഞ്ചേരി തിരുഹൃദയ ദൈവാലയം ഒല്ലൂർ മഹാഇടവകയുടെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു. മാലാഖയുടെ മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള ആ മഹാഇടവകയിൽനിന്ന് 1903- ലാണ് പെരിഞ്ചേരി ഗ്രാമപ്രദേശത്ത് തിരുഹൃദയ ദൈവാലയ പ്രതിഷ്ഠ നടന്നുവെന്ന് രേഖകളില്‍ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്. അന്നുമുതല്‍ ദിവ്യ ബലിയർപ്പണവും തിരുഹൃദയഭക്തി ആചരണവും നടന്നുപോന്നു.

It is the right time for such endeavours since the world has become highly IT oriented. It makes easy for a member to go through the latest information and happenings of the parish even sitting on the other end of the planet. Now, the whole world is getting access to your parish or you are opening your church doors for all. I am sure that this will enhance your harmony and fraternity. I congratulate the parish priest, trustees and all others who have given efficient leadership for this dream to come true. May your parish grow more to the likeness of the Early Christian Community.
